Privacy

This page is short because there is very little to say. The editor runs entirely inside your browser, so most of what a privacy policy normally has to cover simply does not happen here.
Your documents
The PDF you open is never uploaded. The page reads it in your browser and nothing else ever sees it — there is no server of ours for a copy to reach, because this site is a folder of static files.
What is kept on your device
Your browser keeps the document and your edits on this device so an accidental reload does not erase your work. It also keeps your language choice. None of this is uploaded to our server, and you can discard the saved document from the recovery screen.
What the host can see
Like every website, the server handing you these files sees the request itself: an address, a browser name, a page, a time. That is how the web works, and it is all that is recorded. It never includes anything about the document you are editing.
Fonts
The typefaces the editor can draw with are part of the site itself, downloaded once along with the page — nothing is looked up or fetched per document or per font choice.
Advertising
This site may show adverts from Google, which is what pays for the hosting. Adverts come from Google and fall under Google's own privacy policy; they may set cookies. They never receive your document — a script on the page cannot read the file you opened.
Cookies
None of our own. Nothing here needs to know who you are.
Your data
There is no account or server profile about you. The document recovery copy and language preference stay in your browser storage; you can discard the document in panpdf or clear the site's data in your browser settings.
Changes
If any of this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
